The Kamloops SPCA took in far more cats than there are homes for, and after making them ill, killed 90 of them.
Then it drew attention away from the suffering of the cats by saying how much they all suffered by "having" to kill them.
Then it invited everyone to a jolly painting party (the SPCA's idea of hygiene).
And now it is back in business with all those unwanted, unsellable adult cats dead and with piles of desirable kitten product to sell.
