My cheque for $100 is in the mail, and within a few days, so will be my letter to the SPCA asking them what they are doing in places like Bella Bella.

Big Heart Rescue is pleased to announce that our organization has been granted permission by the Heiltsuk Band in Bella Bella to conduct a three day vaccination and sterilization clinic

Amazing that one tiny organization did this

By the way, Gail is being sued by the BC SPCA
