Dear friends:

An innocent dog was hanged to death by animal control in Taiwan, the brutal
image was broadcast on national TV in Taiwan. The local government admitted
wrong doing, but refused to enforce the animal protection law.

We need your help to send a message to the Taiwanese governemnt that this is not
acceptable.
