It seems so obvious! WHY is this not being done? It is especially heartbreaking when you are a person who has volunteered at SPCAs and pounds as I have, and seen so many innocent lives...and all they've meant is money to someone. These dogs were often sold so that someone could make a few bucks off of their lives. These discarded dogs are what SPCAs and city pounds are full of.

I read today about a dog who got away from an owner and killed someone else's dog. Another problem is the dogs at SPCAs and pounds with behaviour problems, that no one wants...and no wonder! So, what of these lives that no one wants?

I have asked this publicly time and time again as to why the SPCA hasn't pressed for litter licenses. And now the SPCA is suing me for defamation of character.
