A challenge to the SPCA Board of Directors

A challenge to the SPCA Board of Directors...

I would like to suggest that rather than spending $50,000 + donor dollars on suing AAS and posters, that this money should be placed into two separate accounts for companion animal welfare.

One account to be used specifically for spay and neuter of EVERY animal that comes into the SPCA's system, and the other account to be used for funding to hire qualified personnel in the fields of rehabilitation and training.

Without a doubt, the vast majority of SPCA donators would approve of this large sum of money being used for the purposes of animal welfare and well being, versus a long drawn out legal battle.

A challenge to the SPCA Board of Directors
Should this case go all the way to trial it would cost the SPCA $300,000 plus and the defendants $150,000 plus
The idea is generally not to let the case go to court but to drain resources and effort from the financially weaker party
Thank you to everyone who has written in our defense
