I'm so glad to see there is a complaint process in place

Given the SPCA, as far as I know, has only come out with urging people not to buy from pet stores, and not pushed for any by-law banning the selling of dogs in stores, I sure hope someone goes ahead and files a complaint should they end up with a puppy with behaviour or health problems.

Those puppies are incredibly cute, but come from an incredibly unethical, awful industry. Puppy mills and backyard breeders are certainly what fill the spca's with so many dogs. Some of these dogs, I think purely by luck, end up being wonderful dogs, but many more aren't and it ends up being the consumer who pays dearly for this. I'm so glad to see there is a complaint process in place.
