In our email box this morning..

I reported to the SPCA about a local cat hoarder that is
very well known here in town, that she had taken in four
very very ill kittens. This woman has little to no
money, and is mentally challenged. She has at least 20
cats in her house and one very large and old dog, all
severely infested with fleas. She feeds her cats bread
with oil on it. Obviously she is in no shape to care
for herself let alone care for seriously ill kittens.
The SPCA said to me,"What
do you want me to do about it? There is nothing we can
do."

Okay.... so what are you guys here for then?
