SPCA terror tactics get it nowhere

AAS, some Directors (who have never posted, and some who have not been Directors of AAS for years) and some Posters, and I, were served with a Supreme Court Writ on August 30, 2004. Almost a year has gone by and all that has been accomplished is that some lawyers have been paid a lot of money that was intended for animals, perhaps as much as $75,000 so far. What wasn't accomplished was the SPCA's goal - to scare my friends so much that I would back down for their sakes. I had refused to be intimidated by the SPCA's terror tactics twice before, in January 2001 and October 2002, so the directing minds behind this suit, and I believe them to be the President of the Board, Mary Lou Troman, and the CEO, Craig Daniell, decided to try terrorizing my friends. My friends are no more cowardly than I am. The SPCA shot its wad and missed its target. Now it was in a corner with a useless gun. And except for shooting itself in the foot over and over, there it has stayed.
