The SPCA in advertising its Dog Walk has said some truths that should be said daily and that is marvelous to read.

Unfortunately a loophole was put in that counters all the good in the rest of the article:"If a dog must be housed outside, he or she should be given suitable protection, enrichment, and shelter from the elements."

Personally I think this part needs to be left out of all SPCA information. Until the SPCA actually says it is WRONG TO KEEP A DOG OUTSIDE people will continue to do so and they can say " The SPCA says it is OK".
