Face to face encounters with anyone from the BC SPCA are a waste of time and energy.
In Response To: Background on the meeting ()

Interesting that face to face encounters with anyone from the BC SPCA are a waste of time and energy as writing letters to the Board of Directors is also a complete waste of energy.
This last year I have written several email letters to the CEO and Board of Directors and the only reply I received was the automatic response letting me know it got there.
Writing letters to the BoD obviously is also a complete waste of time and energy as well.
Wonder how it is the general public are supposed to communicate or are we?
