Dear BC SPCA Board Members:

The following e-mail should tell you how desperate the situation is already for homeless dogs in the Chilliwack area. Please consider how much worse the outlook will be for unwanted dogs and cats in that area if you vote to transform the SPCA shelter into an Animal Protection Centre.
If, like your president, you believe that seized animals are more deserving of care than local abandoned animals, you still should consider the public relations disaster in store when your plan becomes public.
