Please send letters to Park Board giving your support for a whale referendum to be held this November election. If we wait until 2011 as they are suggesting the Vancouver Aquarium has time to fill their pools with whales and dolphins so that a phase-out could take over 20 years, not to mention they have no control over what a Park Board in 2011 does. They have the abiltiy to take action now.
