Why on earth who anyone think that the person who invented the dog assessment process DTA IV and tries to pass it off as anything other than an excuse to destroy dogs is a proper person to know anything about "the behavioural and physiological well-being of dogs".
This is just another case of the BCSPCA paying donated money out for no good purpose. Why don't they spend the money on improving the lives of the animals in their care??
