HOward House in Vernon

I am unsure of the current status of Howard House in Vernon however I do believe the Program Administrator should be contacted. The program operating in conjunction with Corrections Canada was closed. Prior to that closure, residents cared for the cat overflow at the SPCA, building a new shelter on property next to Howard House. I am suggesting that the possibility of reopening that program be explored. Howard House remains open for men in need and taking part in various programs. Assisting with the care of homeless cats would benefit the cats and the caregivers.
