What ever it takes... Max's story will have a happy ending *LINK* *PIC*

AAS doesn't usually take owner-surrendered dogs as there are so many and we can't even cope with the number of yard dogs we are dedicated to saving. But when we got an email telling us that Max had spent much of his life tethered to a kitchen table leg or to a towel rack and we saw the photos, and we were told that he was about to the taken to be "put down", we couldn't say no.

Max is at one of AAS's vets where he is being tested and treated and soon he will go to a loving foster home where he will be a wanted family member, not a nuisance. We know he will get better with the right medical treatment and the right life - one of walkies and constant company, not lonely isolation.
