I think it's wonderful that someone from the SPCA actually comes forward saying the BC SPCA has a NO-kILL policy, even though it is unofficial.
But why not make it official !?
Is there a light at the end of the tunnel ??
The Nanaimo shelter has been an example of this policy for the last ten years and often under very trying conditions.

Who decides if a cat is so aggresive that it "has" to be killed? That's a pretty big loophole in the "no-kill" hype
