2 dogs at 10204 Pannell Drive, St. Louis, MO 63136. One chained one not.
They are thrown scraps occasionally. No water, except maybe when it rains.
I supplied dog houses to them to ease my pain. Was feeding and supplying
fresh clean water for about a year, but then a neighboring animal abuser
began calling animal control and the police. After several threats from
Vernon Casimir, neighborhood maintenance department (former animal control
officer) and some St. Louis County Police officers, I was forced to stop
going over to check on them. I fear they are dead or close to it and have
suffered greatly.
