I was browsing through a number of the web sites of the BCSPCA branches and clicked on the Adoptions link from the Kamloops SPCA Home Page. The link took me to Petfinder where I discovered a beautiful girl named Angie, a hurricane rescued dog now at "1atatime rescue" located in Alberta.
I read her bio which included the following -

"She is pregnant. Given the circumstance she came from and the incredible loss of life, we have decided to let her have the puppies."

It is getting late, so I know my brain is tired, however even though I have read the section quoted several times, I can't seem to get the point that the writer is trying to convey.Can someone explain what I am missing?
