$5000.00 a year for First Nations Education?

Does anyone have a list of First Nations humane animal welfare programs that are being taught or a copy of the course outline?

To be able to use this information when Big Heart Rescue visits Bella Bella to do spay/neuter, surgery, disease control and rescue, as we do frequently (the SPCA was in attendance in Bella Bella in approximately 1998), would be of great benefit to the children of this isolated community.
