Despite the fact that restructuring of the Youth Program is focusing more on going into the schools and community I see no reason for the hours at the ALC to have been cut to such a degree. There were a number of parents, experienced volunteers, and those in the rabbit rescue network who stepped forward and were more than willing to keep the place running while staff was out on the road.
