When talking about Victoria it is important to remember the co-operative effort that saves so many lives and stops so much suffering.
Victoria Cat Rescue Corps., Dee's Orphan Kitten League ( who literally are part of miracles every day), VOCAL ( Voice of Concerned Animal Lovers who have been part of Victoria's Cat Rescue community for decades) the Nana Foundation and GVAC have all been working tirelessly spaying, neutering and providing needed veterinary assistance with little thought to anything except the animal who needs help.
With the help of the very giving veterinary community in Victoria humungous strides have been made and will continue to be made.
