After probably about as many years of vegetarianism as Lori (although I did eat fish), I'm easing into becoming vegan.
The first week I had mad cravings, but the last few weeks have been fine.
I really do have to read the labels, and I have to cook more - but I'm eating more healthily, and it honestly just feels good, emotionally as well as physically.
