As well, below the newsarticle is No Whales In Captivity's letter to the Park Board Commissioners sent today urging them to vote NO to an aquarium public consultation process at Monday night's board meeting, and asking them to instead, give Vancouverites the right to have a public vote on the issue of whale captivity and park expansion.
