Poppy

Poppy is three year old Dachsund and Jack Russell cross, about 20 lbs. She is nervous of strangers but once she feels she can trust you she can be extremely loving. She plays with a little Yorkie but puts him in his place when he gets too excited. She is very protective with her toys and may bite if it is taken from her, so no children. Poppy has not been properly socialized, so she needs lots of exposure to people and dogs and some training tips on how to deal with her protection issues. She is very afraid of men and would be happiest being with an active, calm, helpful woman.
