Seized dog and pups die of Parvo in the NB SPCA's "care"

My brother Dennis had 15 dogs and 14 pups seized by the NB SPCA last month, Oct 19, in fact.

Last week they informed me that one of the mothers and her five pups have died in their care, of Parvo virus.

That is, they died of a virus contracted while in the care of the SPCA.

Isn't there any way we can get an injunction or petition a court to get our dogs back on the grounds that they were NOT in critical distress while with us -- but they are dying in the keeping of the SPCA?

When I ask how the others are, they say, "All right -- so far."

Three years ago the SPCA shelters in our area had to put down ALL their animals because of this.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Terry Ritchie
