It is too bad that Louis XIV did not have Kirk and Co. around to express the will of the people

One valuable lesson resulted from the Park Board meeting of last night, Nov. 27, 2006. It is that people of Vancouver and British Columbia and Canada should be thankful that it is now completely unnecessary, if they so desire, and it would seem that they do, that they need vote on anything any longer because Kirk & Co. can poll them and see their opinion on anything and it will be enacted for them. It is too bad that Louis XIV did not have Kirk and Co. around to express the will of the people. It could have alleviated the large expense of the Revolution.

The Vancouver Aquarium Expansion would be at least $80 million and 50% - 1½ acres more public parkland
