Re: Hunting is safe, shot guns don't have bullets (Letters, Nov. 25)

Things are obviously different than in the days when I hunted. Ken West said shotguns don't have bullets. Does he have a magic gun? In my, day guns had bullets. They were the things that came out of the gun and made a hole in the animal.

Mr. West should not be allowed to own a firearm since he doesn't even know where he is allowed to use it.

Hunting is not permitted on the dikes in Port Coquitlam. Hunters ignorance of the laws explains why a duck hunter was shooting among a crowd of people. If hunters want to kill an animal, they should load up their guns and truck off.
