Why can each branch of the BC SPCA not report their stats at each individual AGM that is held every year?

Why is this not a matter of public record?
Cannot the main office of the BC SPCA provide this information?

The BC SPCA is funded by donations and those people who donate are entitled to know how their funds are spent.
