Finally! People are beginning to understand responsible and irresponsible dog ownership; it is the responsible owners who take their dogs out and socialize them. Perhaps the S.P.C.A. and municipal pounds will get on board and teach it is not okay to leave a dog outside in a yard 24/7, and that replacing a tether with a pen or a trolley line is still not humane. What a great way to educate the public about responsible dog ownership!!
