Well since this is the same organization that thinks that a pen and an igloo for a dog is Shangri-La, and a lifetime in a garage, or on a tether is OK for a dog, and which sells dogs and cats and rabbits to people and never even makes a phone call to see if there are problems or how the dog or cat or rabbit is doing, how much follow-up on "livestock" will be done?
