You state a lot of unsubstanciated comments. How about posting one or two "amateur groups knocking off SPCA pound contracts" so we can contact them to see if they are "managing them more competently". Phone numbers would be nice, but I suppose an address would do.

I think the reason the SPCA is so stongly supported over the radical and unreasonable "small groups" or as I call them- the "sanctity of life nuts" is because the SPCA policies are realistic while the critics are living in dreamland and offer no practical alternatives.
