Judith's story and Jaida's blog - two moving rescue stories

I came across your website, and the page that featured a video of that beautiful, beautiful dog Judith (formerly burdened with the hateful name Judas). I am in tears after watching it, but they are tears of joy and heartache for what she overcame and the life she had after being rescued, even if it was only for a short while.
I just wanted to thank you for the work your organization does.

I live in Ontario, but I wish that there were more concerned people like you.

I recently rescued a baby GSD who was born with a leg deformity. She had life-threatening pneumonia and will need an amputation of her bad leg, but we are also hoping to fit her with a prosthetic. We are trying to raise funds for her medical expenses. I understand the financial burden associated with rescuing these special dogs, and I salute you for taking on that overwhelming task. My dream is to some day be able to start a non-profit that provides assistance to families or rescues with animals that need surgeries or an aid, like Judith's wheelchair, to improve their mobility.

Anyway, just wanted to say, "good job".
You can visit Jaida's blog if you like, there are pictures, her story, and links. http://jaidasjourney.blogspot.com
