Not cruel enough to be "real" rodeo

According to a Vancouver Sun article a few weeks ago, the governing body of all rodeos, whatever it calls itself, is now threatening to take away the Cloverdale Rodeo’s accreditation. I guess the Cloverdale Rodeo is just not cruel enough any more to be considered a real rodeo.
