Trout Lake on Saturday: An unleashed dog pounced on a small, leashed dog, disrupted a softball game and then bit the person trying to control the dog. Several minutes later, the owner caught up. His response? The typical "f--- you." If the city doesn't increase enforcement, the writing is on the wall for dogs being permitted in city parks.
