To file a complaint against a special provincial constable employed by the BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals send your complaint to: Director, Police Services Division Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General PO Box 9285, Stn Prov Govt Victoria, B.C. V8W 9J7 The complaint must be filed under a regulation to the Police Act called the Special Provincial Constable Complaint Procedure Regulation.  That regulation can be found here: http://www.qp.gov.bc.ca/statreg/reg/P/Police/206_98.htm The complaint must be in writing and include the following information: (a)    your full name; (b)   your address for delivery of any notices to you under the regulation; (c)    the details of the complaint, including the name of the special provincial constable, if known; (d)   a description of the incident, in as much detail as possible; (e)    the names of any witnesses and their respective addresses, if known.   Please be sure to send a copy of your complaint to Animal Advocates at animaladvocates@telus.net or Box 32, RPO Edgemont Village, North Vancouver, BC, Canada, V7R 4X1
