I will not apologize to the SPCA for opting to euth a puppy that is going to be just fine, and after talking to the clinic at length about this, I feel that I have a pretty good understanding of the situation and what went on here. There is no guarantee any animal will survive any surgery, and an exploratory surgery is what was suggested. In the welfare of this pup, that should of at least been done to find out if he needed to live or die.
They would not even authorize more xrays, so sorry, your scenerio just doesn't work for me.
