Having read all these posts, I feel speechless.

Speechless because it was revealed again that the SPCA had wasted its precious time and resources on something which had no practical use. Just false promises and glossy brochures.

Thank you for your meticulous scrutinizing and research, Judy, Jen and Jeri-Lyn.
