I always get a kick out of people who call our rescue stating they *rescued* an animal and I ask where they got it from and they say a pet store...I correct them and say when you *bought* your animal ;-)

Despite people having a better understanding of the puppy/kitten mill industry (however lacking that might still be) & the above video I was shocked to see how many of the *animal friendly* community RUSH out with empty cars & vans to LOAD up with PetCetera stock that has been recently marked down. PetCetera is liquidating stock to avoid closing down completely. They know 100% that they sell small animals but regardless, a deal was more important.

Sadly I think that as long as we are human, things will never change. It would only be fair that all humans should be reincarnated as an animal of some sort so they might hopefully gain insight to the suffering of others.
