It has always been a major downfall of the SPCA not to work together with all animal rescue organisations in the interest of the welfare of animals.
I believe the SPCA finds it preferable to sit on its arrogant horse, (sorry, there is no such animal) and attack these people, when all they need is a little help, before they come to a point where animals begin to suffer.
The SPCA must realize, that not all humans are able to kill another sentient for the fifty some reasons it so readily does.
