Big Heart Rescue Sterilization/Vaccination Program on Thetis and Kuper Islands *LINK*

Big Heart Rescue is thrilled to have partnerned with Friends of the Furries, a group on Thetis Island that will be the "legs on the ground" for the Big Heart Rescue Sterilization/Vaccination Program taking place on both Thetis and Kuper Islands. The photo at right is of "Tucker", who was neutered under this partnership.

We wish to send out a HUGE thank you to Lon, Andrea and Ken who have already dedicated many hours working with the Penelakut Band to ensure that their community animals are healthy and not contributing to over-population.

Our team looks forward to many years of working together and promoting humane animal welfare, companion animal education and supporting the activities of the Youth Team.
