At the CAMP presentation in Victoria it was made very clear that the BC SPCA was a long ways from the next phase of CAMP which is supposed to be remediation. I for one, have a very bad feeling that the BC SPCA possibly has no intention of ever moving to the next phase. Historically it has been left up to the individual "shelters" to step in to assist the animals as far as training, fostering, behaviour assessments, etc.
