Go look at any SPCA so-called shelter and ask yourself if they meet numbers 3, 4, and 5?
3. Freedom from discomfort.
4. Freedom from distress.
5. Freedom to express behaviours that promote well-being.

Spending money on true, humane, animal sheltering first is what any real animal lover would have done. Instead, the SPCA doctored its image first, spending money on itself, not on animals.
