Ginger was surrendered to the Victoria SPCA Oct. 9/03. She needed immediate dental attention. Instead of having her teeth attended to immediately, she sat at the Victoria SPCA for almost three weeks, and was then given to a woman whose mother is a veterinarian in Ontario. Ginger will not have her teeth done until March.

The Victoria SPCA raised $35,000 at its annual Walkathon on October 19th. Why were Ginger's teeth not seen to?
