I would also like to point out (as I usually do) that Delta is the way it is because of totally dedicated staff, not management! I know the gals are too humble to tell you this but it is because of them that they have these wonderful relationships with the local vets and that they work so hard to get the animals what they need. It is also because of staff that they work with rescue and try to find the best solution for the dogs and cats at their shelter. Amanda, Kirsten and Shannon as well as a few others looked to the rescue community for help and guidance. They learned how to do home checks and fully screen homes. Nobody gets to walk into that shelter and walk out with a dog/cat the same day! All homes are screened by staff and volunteers usually after hours, they donate their time for the animals.

Kudos to the staff there and I hope they continue wonderful success.
