MANY individuals need to start calling and writing Patricia Graham at the Vancouver Sun and tell her that the Sun needs to assign someone, at least part time, to cover animal issues in Vancouver, and to specifically assign someone to cover the ongoing financial problems at the SPCA and the issues the Special Review Committee brought up.... dual status of the SPCA.

We probably won't get much by way of results for the next three weeks due to the election but after that there should be no excuse. People have to pressure the TOP people at the Sun to assign reporters to do these stories.

Barbara Yaffe has been doing a spectcular job, but she is hired to be a political reporter, not an animal welfare reporter.
