Bear is a dear old cross breed who has been kept in this pen up North, all year round for many years. He has an unheated garden shed to sleep in. Recently a Good Samaritan noticed Bear and began to feed and water him and take him for walks. She has taken him to her vet to have a geriatric panel done to see if he has any health problems that must be seen to and she has been told by Bear's owner that she can find a home for Bear.
