I have discovered the following:

Keisha dog # Vanc016716A came into the Van shelter on the 18th of January 02. She was a hyper dog that was fostered by one of the graduate students from UBC who specializes in dog behaviour. She apparently could not handle the dog and brought it back. Nadine and her group assessed the dog in the red and directed Sergije to euthanize the dog because of disposition.The dog was euthanized by Serg on the 24th of April.

Nadine is our animal behaviourist and Sergije is a Vancouver Animal Health Technician.

I am sorry regarding the outcome although it would seem that Keisha was not a suitable candidate for adoption.
