Dogs thrive on routine. When they have no routine they feel unstable and fearful. Shuffling dogs from place to place only cuts off the routine they have come to know. Therefore one must expect them to act unpredictably when introduced to a new situation. They must be offered at LEAST a couple of weeks of the same routine and socialization before any assessing for a death sentence.
