I can very well see the Maple Ridge SPCA doing this. I went in to the SPCA in Maple Ridge in September of 2001 in a very upset state. I dealt with 2 people---one very cold and indifferent and the other not much better. So this does not surprise me on what they have done. Thank you God for stepping in and finding Animal Advocates. I am so thankful that the SPCA did not step in and murder the dog that I was reporting. Don't ever go there 5 minutes before adoption time as they won't even let you in to give the cats a little attention. Total lack of compassion, I would say.
