I just finished speaking with John and the internal SPCA e-mail is down.

John states that the "parents" are being somewhat reluctant to share a picture and I responded with,.... I find that hard to believe as most "new parents" are thrilled to show off their new pup!

John did agree (not surprising) and I have a PROMISE that I will receive an e-mail (with photo attachment) by the end of the week....or as John stated, "surely you will receive it in the next few days"...

My gut feeling is this.....I think a picture is on the way....I think he cannot stand this constant pressure, phone calls and letter writing...and I KNOW that this is due to consistency and tenacity from those who care about animal welfare and are not afraid to speak their minds.
